Relationship Insights - No Intelligence Configuration

Hi All,

I am trying to access the Relationship Insights for our Dynamics Dashboards to assess the health of a customer.

We do not see intelligence configuration under settings in CRM.

Please advise.

Hi partner,

            Intelligence Configuration is an OOB feature under Settings in Dynamics 365.

            Did you changed the sitemap in your solution and deleted this feature inadvertently? Please check your sitemap files.

            If your sitemap has no problem, you can refer to the following link and check the ‘Requirements and prerequisites’ part in the article.

            If the issue still exists, please kindly share your D365 version.
