My most recent Customer Journey sent does not allow recipients to open Zoom hyperlinks. The Zoom page opens but the registration for the meeting is not present. I've resend the Customer Journey from last month and same issue now exists. Something must have been enabled. I disabled token tracking and issue still persists. Any ideas? #/msdynttrid is added
we too are experiencing this. We just turned off tracking for the Zoom link, and we are retesting. I'll update with our results, but according to the marketing user, Zoom links used to work fine.
I don't know if anything changed, but if all other links are working fine, and it's the Zoom links that are no longer working as expected, perhaps something changed from the Zoom side?
Thank you for your suggestion. Outbound is what we are using. I turned off the link tracking and this seem to work. I also noticed that Link and URL were different and I have updated this. The URL being different must be something that is added by Microsoft when tracking is enabled? The issue is with Zoom links, it seems that the Instagram link even though it was setup the same way (tracking and URL was different) it opens fine. My concern is, did something change as it wasn't an issue last month?
c-mcguirep - are you using Outbound or Real-time Marketing? In real-time marketing, I did an example with two buttons, both linking to the same place. One of them I turned off tracking, the other one I kept it on. The one without tracking showed up without anything else added to it, so tracking turned off worked as expected.
You mention that it is the Zoom hyperlinks not working. Are you saying other links work and no tracking is added?
