In my scenario, While performing "Report as Finish" i used to tick on "Accept Error" to make system accept the changes made when "Picking list" is posted. Till here everything goes fine, but upon doing "End" of the Production Order, it creates 2 lines in the "Reported as Finished" journal. Now i have one line of Picking List, Route card, but on the "Report as Finished Journal" i have two line, declaring twice the number of "Report-as-Finished" (including Finished goods, and co-products) as i have Started for production. I should have Reset status, but i have already Ended the Batch-Order.

Please help me out.

You can post negative RAF-journals to negate this.

Thanks for your response Fredrik, tried that already, but i get a response,"Production status Ended does not allow posting the journal", cos i have already ENDED the Batch Order.

I posted a negative BOM journal RAF to cancel out the excess RAF posted at the end of the batch order, and then mark the lines of the BOM journal to the Batch order before posting. Note: I also have to change the session date to the date the RAF of the Batch order was posted, before i started this process.
