Hello, How can we find the user has Remote Assist 365 License from another application?
Hi,
Please sign in to your Microsoft 365 admin center using an admin account.
Expand the list of the users and select the user you need.
Then you'll find the licenses which have been granted to the user.
For more details, please refer to the following documentation.
Manage user accounts, user licenses, and security roles (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
Hi Isswarya,
Technically, any 3rd party application can use MSGraph to query for subscriptions (licenses) available for the signed in user, by calling the `subscribedSkus` endpoint as documented here:
docs.microsoft.com/.../subscribedsku-list
Link found on that page will also lead you to the catalog of products and their GUIDs:
docs.microsoft.com/.../licensing-service-plan-reference
Hope this helps!
