Does anyone know how to hide the Help Question ("What can we help you?") section of the Case Portal?

Hi,

One option is hide it using jquery,

Flollow these setps:

1. Open Customer Service-Support Home and add following code under Advanced custom javascript section, add below code, make sure this code is added to Content Page as well.

refresh your portal browser, you should not see this, if you are not able to see changes try to clear your browser cache.

Doh! Thank you, Mahen. I should have thought about jQuery. :p

This take the section that I didn't need.

$(".case-deflection").hide();
