We are having a tough time finding the resource we need to get us going. We have licenses for Customer Service, and we'd like to use it for our IT Help Desk Solution. We tried to install OmniChannel but we missed a step apparently.
We are looking for a resource that can help us configure Customer Service to work as out help desk ticketing system:
Information on how we can customize a dashboard for the Help Desk Team
Information on how we might change some of the field names or add our own fields
Information on how we configure automatic emails
How we get rid of fields we don't need
Do we basically have to hire someone to help us with those things, or are there online resources that can help us do that?
