One of our staff here gets the message below when she tries to enter an item number.

When I do the same thing (as a Power User), the Purchase Order Item window is displayed.

What security task is associated with the Purchase Order Items window?

Hi,

The Purchase Order Items window is not included in any of the tasks/roles that come with GP through GP 2016; I haven't checked 2018. You'll need to create a new or add it to an existing task.

Thanks! Once I added the Warehouse Manager role to her profile, the Purchase Order Items window opened for her.
