Hi Folks,

I am not getting data for any reports[Standard and Customized] after I restored the PROD db to Dev env. I have restored only Ax db not PROD report DB. Earlier it was working fine, recently we have changed the password for Ax Admin and BC accounts. After that, reports are not working due to the credentials issue, then I have redeployed all reports. Now reports got executing fine, report tables getting data but not reflecting in Reports.

Hi Vasanth,

Things you must remember while working SSRS reports whether it is customized or New reports from scratch.

-->Try to put static debugger (write breakpoint; in your code)in DP Class processReport() method.

--> Run the report from visual studio (go to Microsoft dynamics AX Configuration Utility, select developer tab, and select check boxes provided) and debug it.

--> Stress (While Debugging) on query in processReport() methods because that could also be one of the reason for your problem.

--> Put static debugger in insertIntoTempTable() as well to check whether data is populating in temp table or not, change TableType as regular.

--> Refresh Report Report Server in Tools-> Caches ->Refresh report server

--> Delete the Report from report Server and redeploy it.

--> Generate Incremental Cil and Full Cil generation (Recommended)

Note: This is as per AX 2012 and higher versions.

Hi Vasanth,

Please check if you had replaced the SSRS settings in AX with the DEV values. Probably the PROD SSRS report server is still contacted.

No Andre, I have configured the Report Server parameters and created New Folder 'Dynamics_DEV' and deployed all report once again. But still the issue exists.

Hey Vasanth,

Try this once, stop the reporting service and try opening the report and check whether you get any error.

Thanks for your comments, I have already tried Full Compilation, SRSFramwork Service Register, Removed XPPIL and Restarted AOS and SSRS but no luck.
