Field service mobile, technicians report, how to add the reporting solution form after deleting it?

Hello
I have adjusted the code for pcf control to match my logo and name and imported the solution back in to power apps. In developer under the field service mobile i have managed to delete the reporting form because i didn`t manage to add the new one when the example one was already chosen. I am talking about the field service mobile technicians report.
can you help me with the steps nessesery to get this working?

I found out this, i just had to import the file again. When i deleted it from developer in the app it was deleted from everywhere.

Now it works but my logo and translation to norwegian is still not working so i need to check this...
