App for Outlook dashboard missing

Hi

When we opened Outlook and began using Dynamics App for Outlook on Monday the 2nd of November 2020, the "App for Outlook dashboard" is no longer showing. Now, the App for Outlook seems to be stuck at the "Niveau-1 dashboard" (although we can still use search and see opportunities list etc.). But when we select an email in Outlook, the dashboard in the App for Outlook is showing the wrong dasboard (Niveu-1 dashboard):

Also, we cannot find the "App for Outlook dashboard" when we go here:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Customizations > Customize the system.
  2. From the menu on the left, expand Components and then select Dashboards.
  3. Select App for Outlook Dashboard

What to do?

    Hi Andreas,

    Yes, after testing, I also found this issue.

    App for Outlook Dashboard of the current D365 seems to be removed, so we cannot access it in App for Outlook and Settings> Customizations> Customize the system.

    I will raise a support ticket to check with the Microsoft team to see if this is by design or a bug.

    Hi Andreas,

    The Microsoft support team has not yet resolved this issue and I will remind them of it.

    Also, I noticed that some other users have raised support tickets for this issue as well.

    This bug has been fixed and it will be deployed in 11.1, 10.4, 10.3 releases.

    We have 9.1 on premise, ours is also missing. 

    Does anyone know if this was fixed for on premise
