Calendar app for dynamic crm

Calendar app for dynamic crm:
I have to build a calendar for dynamic crm where users can see the overview of resource bookings to an event.

I am given the following three options to build this scenario:

1- Web resource (HTML,CSS,jquery)

2- Canvas App

3 - Custom Control

I would like to as which approach would best fit for the development of the calendar app.
