Email Attachment Migration Question

Hi,

I am using Kingswaysoft for migrating emails and attachments from onprem to online.

Emails have been migrated fine. However, only few attachments were being migrated successfully and are opening fine out of 1000 records. Rest of them appear to have been migrated as well but they are blank. The attachments grid shows the record, you only know it is there when you hover over it other wise it looks just white space.

So, when I click on that blank record from the grid, I get this error message.

There was a problem downloading your attachments. Please try again later.

The only difference between successfully migrated attachments and the failed ones is the filename. All the failed ones had long names(not too long either). Not sure if that is the reason for failure.

Also, the successful ones are all .png and .jpg files. The ones that failed are .pdf, .doc and jpegs/.pngs as well.

Here is what my mapping looks like:

Did anybody encounter this issue while migrating attachments? Any help or suggestions on troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have any add-on features related to attachment? Like some attachment mangement apps from app market or some plugin registered on ActivityMimeAttachment entity?

Attachments content saved in body column in BASE64 format string as default, but for Online instantce, usually we keep attachment content in Azure Blob for storage save purpose.
