Print Custom SSRS Reports from GP 2013

HI,

I am new to this forum.

Is it possible to print a custom SSRS report from GP 2013?

Lets say for an Invoice.

I have created an SSRS report that prints out an Invoice.

Now I want to use that report I created in GP.

So when I print out the invoice from GP, it would be from the report I created in SSRS.

Please help and Thank you

1. You have to place that SSRS report in the database located on the server where all you other SSRS reports were deployed by Great Plains (look at Tools>>Setup>>System>>Reporting Tools Setup.

2. Place your report into the company>>Sales folder, verify that it is using the correct datasource (right click, manage)

3. Then go to this article on all the security setups:

Hi,

I was able to navigate to the custom invoice report and view it within GP 2013.

The problem I am still having is;

When I try to print out an invoice; I can not select my custom ssrs report to print out the invoice from GP 2013.

Maybe I missed a step somewhere.

Can you please advise?

Are you looking to 'replace' the Sales Order Processing invoice in Dynamics GP with your custom SSRS invoice? In that case, you cannot do that out-of-the-box with GP. You would need a 3rd party tool to do this - something like our GP Reports Viewer: www.gpreportsviewer.com/GP-Reports-Viewer.
