Currency Exchange Rates does not update daily since 4/19/2024

Hello all,

I just realized that Currency Exchange Rates has not update since 4/19/2024, It has been updated daily.

Can anyone please advise how to fix this issue?

I tried /update exchange rates / but only updated for today...

Hi,

Please provide more information to help us better solve the problem. How do you implement automatic exchange rate updates? As far as I know this is not a standard feature of the system. Or did you write code to implement this functionality? Like what's provided in this official document: Create exchange rate providers - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn?

Hello Kevin,

Thank you for your response.

I checked Job Queue Entries and found out there was stoppage of the currency update job due to the exchange rate provider's server down on 4/20.

It was resolved with restarted the job for exchange rate auto update.
