Hello All,

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.FINANCIALREPORTS' with unique index 'I_4274FOLDERREPORTNAME'. The duplicate key value is (5637144576, ACHO, Default Report Definitions, 12 Month Rolling Single Column Income Statement - Default).\u000d\u000aThe statement has been terminated. When I tried to create in customized forms.

Any hint to resolve this issue?

I have an issue with the customized form "The total, internal size of the records in your joined SELECT statement is 227948 bytes, but Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations is by default performance-tuned not to exceed 196608 bytes"

and in Event viewer I have "Duplicate key in FinancialReports" this error

Unfortunately this tells me nothing about your form, therefore I can't help you.
