Accessing Contact Point Consent data (msdynmkt_contactpointconsent4s) using Dataverse API

We would like to access the D365 contact point consent data via the Dataverse API, like we can for pretty much every other data entity in D365, but this doesn't currently seem possible.
1. Is this possible and if so how?
2. If it's not possible now, will it be possible in the near future?

    1. No, Contact Point Consent data isn’t accessible via the Dataverse API currently.
    2. Microsoft may add support in the future, but there’s no confirmed timeline yet.
