We had upgraded 1 of the customer from SL 2015 to SL 2018 CU4. User was complaining about 1 of the custom report take longer time to load.
When user click on the report, it will take about 30-45 secs until the ROI screen is appear. If user click around in the screen or minimize and maximize the SL main menu, it will hit the error below.
We had customize a lot of reports for the customer, only this custom report got this problem. The same report is running fine in SL 2015.
Does anyone encountered the same problem before?
