When you use Quick Campaigns to bulk create activities (e.g., tasks or phone calls) for Leads, the system automatically marks the activity as completed if:
The regarding Lead is already qualified or disqualified.
The activity is created and assigned but not opened, and certain system automation or plugins might auto-complete them.
There’s workflow logic or automation (e.g., Power Automate, classic workflows, or real-time plugins) that marks activities complete based on certain conditions.
