Need a postman call to use discovery service to get Organization URL

Hi,

to get organization url we want to make an GET request to https://globaldisco.crm.dynamics.com/api/discovery/v1.0/Instances with the access token in the request authorization header. The access token needs to be for the resource https://disco.crm.dynamics.com/.

Can someone help me with the postman call to be used to get access token for resource  https://disco.crm.dynamics.com/ ?
I am not sure of the endpoint and params to send with this call.
