Can someone guide why check not mark on all cost of revenues recognized as we are unable to close the complete project cycle due to this issue.
Hello Jozy,
Thank you for your post. With this type of issue, you will want to review the information in the KB article linked below.
You will specifically want to review the information in the section for the unchecked box in the Project Closing checklist.
Also, from the Project Closing window, you can click the Print button to produce a report that may provide you with some more detail on what is occurring to keep the checkbox from being marked.
If the information from the KB article does not help to resolve the issue, I would recommend opening a case with the Dynamics GP Support team for further investigation and troubleshooting.
