Expanding on my previous post, I am trying to configure the Appointment tool tip that displays when hovering over an Appointment record on the Schedule Board.
I understand you can update the View the tooltip is using by navigating to Scheduler settings > All board settings > Schedule types > Appointment, however when I select the new View I have created under the 'Booking tooltips View' section, I'm confused because there is no change to the information displaying when I navigate back to the tooltip in the Schedule Board:
Can someone please advise what I'm doing wrong?
