Work order entitlements

Hi all,

I've been trying to test work order entitlements.
However, whenever I want to save an entitlement I get the following error message:
The validations that are running in the background are taking longer than expected. Please try again shortly or reload the record.

I've been trying for several days now, in different environments (with a field service app version of 8.4+) so it seems it just isn't really working.
Does anyone know where this problem is coming from?
Also, I'm trying to find more information on the prioritizing of entitlements. That's actually what I want to test. But cannot really find any.
If you have any suggestions please let me know!

    Hi Tvsg,

    Thank you for posting your question on communities.

    The error you are getting "The validations that are running in the background are taking longer than expected." usually happens when there is a long pending Asynchronous Job. Is the async service running properly on your environment? Do you see other Async jobs executing as expected or anything blocking them?

    On a non-customized new trial organization, I have tested creating an Entitlement and adding it to an existing Work Order Product record but it was created successfully on FS v8.8.

    Do you get this error when Creating a new "Entitlement" record? or when adding an Entitlement on an existing record?

    Do you have any customizations, plugins or workflows that are triggering on the action you are doing ?

    I would recommend raising a MS Support Ticket for further investigation on your environment.
