Hello Friends,
For one of the operations, it takes the 24 hours as a fixed run time, irrespective of the quantities to be manufactured.
How can we setup the route to achieve the same?
I tried to set route consumption calculation as 'Capacity' with Capacity = 1 and Factor = 24 but with this setup system did not allow me schedule the order saying there is no enough capacity.
Is this a bug or I am missing some setup?
I took a reference this article:

Anyone has something to share here?
Hi Rahul.
I´m not sure it the run time is really independent from the production order quantity. if you think about an oven there is a capacity of lets say 12000. the cycle time of the oven is 8 hours. so if you have to run more than 12000 you need another oven cycle. If you want to use this cycles you have to work with "Batch", "Run time" and "Procecss qty." to reach this. In addition to get the capacity calculation and costs calculated in a good way you have to use the "Load" factor.
Example:
with this setup the calculated time of the job is 8 hours but the costs and the capacity need is just based on 3,37 hours (5060/12000 = 0,4217 ==> Load *8)
best regards
Christoph
