Hi,
I just want to know if eConnect is compatible with .Net core ?

From what I could find, the eConnect assembly was written prior to .NET Core, so it can't be added to .NET Core projects.
.NET Framework is the only option, in fact, .NET Framework is actually a pre-requisite for having eConnect installed with Dynamics GP.
