Email payment specification error: no address found

Hi,

When trying to send an Email payment specification from a payment proposal:

Payment proposal > functions > Email payment specification

We get for some vendors (some others work fine) the following error:

"No email address found for account xxxx. Email sent to "email address informed on the supplier" - So, to me this does not make sense already because the error is saying no email address found at the same time that it gives us an email address.

Checking the email address on the supplier, under the contact information tab, when clicking on the envelope icon:

We see this:

Could this be the cause of the error? How could this be solved?

I wonder if you can send any email from your system.

Is this properly and completely setup?
