Within a request in Dynamics 365, it occasionally (daily) happens that a note refuses to save on the timeline. The system continues to load indefinitely, and no error message is received. However, at other times, the note is saved without any issues. What could be causing this? Does anyone have suggestions?

Here are some of our thoughts on your issue. 1. Please check if there is something wrong with your network, if it is a serious error D365 should pop up an alert, but your problem does not have any error message. We are more inclined to think that this is an unknown factor causing the lag. 2. Are you using the /New Look/ feature? During the previous test, there is a certain probability that using the /New Look/ feature will cause some lagging. 3. Is there a pattern to when this issue occurs for you? If the problem occurs only at a fixed period of time, please check whether there are other factors such as running Flow or processes that may cause the problem.
