How to create report with Financial Dimension as the parameter ?

Hi,
 
In a custom Report, how to add Financial Dimension as its parameter ? My intention is to have my Financial Dimensions appear in the report dialog, so user can directly select each of it.
 
Is there any standard report that I can follow ?
