Hello everyone, we have an issue with our D365 CRM where all of our users are shown as being offline, even though they are actually online. We have tried manually changing their status to online, but it still shows as offline. Is there a way to fix this problem?

What you have on your screenshot is not the same concept.
1.The presence in your first screenshot is based on teams status of the user.

2.The presence of your second screenshot is an indication of your availability or status in the application(omnichannel for customer service/customer service workspace).
