Budget Register Excel Add-in Error

Dears,

Please note that i am facing the following error when trying to publish a budget register using DynamicsAX Excel Add-in.

Invalid document schema. The following error was returned: The element 'BudgetTransHeader' in namespace 'schemas.microsoft.com/.../BudgetTransaction' has invalid child element 'BudgetTransactionCode' in namespace 'schemas.microsoft.com/.../BudgetTransaction'. List of possible elements expected: '_DocumentHash, BudgetModelId' in namespace 'schemas.microsoft.com/.../BudgetTransaction'.

 

Your suggestions/recommendations are highly appreciated.

    Have you tried preparing your template as described in this post?

    Probably something is missing in your template?!

    Yes, but i used Add data instead of Add Table also the ledgerDimension.MainAccount is not available. when i try to add table a permission error occur.

    What do you suggest?

    Hi Elie,

    If a permission error occurs you probably have to talk to your system admins to give you additional user rights. Do you have the system admin role assigned or something else?

    yep, i don't have a system admin for this user? which role will do this task other than the system admin?

    Hi Elie,

    Does your role allows you to record budget fegister entries in AX?

    Irrespective of that I would recommend that you take a look at the following post and probably ask your System admins for help for the required setup

    The issue was an access permission for aif classes and methods.
