Access Azure ML Model

Hi there,

We are trying to bring in a custom Azure ML model through the Intelligence function.

The web service with the model has been deployed and we have successfully tested the API.

However, when we try to access this the web service in CI, nothing appears even though we are on the same tenant.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to where in Azure I need to grant access to CI for the web service, and how to do it?

    Hi Halen,

    To integrate this, you need to be a Customer Insights Data Admin in CI instance and a data admin in Azure as well. Create a ML workspace for the Data admin and import to this workspace and publish as webservice. Hope this helps.

    Does this work only for the Azure ML Studio (Classic) web service deployments? Because for the new Azure ML (preview) web service details don't get populated in the CI custom models interface.
