Hi All,
I got the error message "License Plate already exist in another location" when I scan Sales Picking.
I did check Work order to reverse but all lines there are closed already. The status of work order is "In process"
How can I continue the process now?
The on-hand is in my location now (warehouse user: 001)

Mystery solved! I had amended User location profile on Warehouse Management Parameters, so it was out of synch with the profile on my actual user location. As soon as I switched it back everything worked. It actually impacted any transaction where I moved a multi-SKU LP onto or off of the user location
It's happening on both order types. This is something I have done literally thousands of times before. AX creates multiple pick lines but a single put for the LP. It is something that I have done literally thousands of times before and I have never seen this error

Sorry if I am missing the point here, but I am not clear how to resolve the issue. I have a work line to put an LP with 2 SKU's on it. This has worked for me many times in the past in multiple environments, including the one that is now a problem. Where do I need to look to try to fix it?

Did you ever get a resolution to this issue. I have suddenly hit it, having never seen it before. It seems to be the case that any sales or transfer order where I pick multiple SKU's into a License plate causes the error. If I pick one SKU into the LP it is fine. It is almost as if AX is trying to move the SKU's one at a time instead of the whole LP.
