I'm running GP 2015 and looking for a way to export the workflow conditions. for each workflow step. Import/Export option not available on the Workflow Maintenance screen.
There really isn't a way to export the workflow conditions, nor any report we have with them, as the steps themselves are not defined in any table or anything.
When a workflow is submitted for approval, regardless of type, Workflow uses a stored procedure to generate a SELECT statement that either returns a value of '1' (requires approval) or '0' (does not require approval) for each workflow step it looks at, based on the workflow condition.
None of our tables, such as WFI10003 for example, hold that information.
The report we do have, the Workflow History Report, only shows information similar to what you'll see in the View Workflow History windows for each workflow type.
