contacts view with 15 columns not exporting data to excel when the records count is 20000

Hi All,

We are using MS CRM 2016 on premise. When ever user tried to export the contacts view data with 15 columns and records count is 20000, system struck in export pop for more then 20 minutes and data is not getting exported.

If we chose only the first 250 records, it being exported with out delay. How to get all this data exported at one go OOTB.

Tool in XRM Tool Box might be helpful for you.

On dataverse, there is a 12-minute limit. Please check the limit for MS CRM 2016 on-premise

Hi Abdul Wahab,

In case of Admin, yes we are using Tool in XRM Tool Box. Which works.

However in our case this issue is happening for end user or the admins, when they use the data export option available in CRM out of the box.

You can export only 10000 record using static worksheet. Here is an article about it.

Hi Necdet,

yes, When i select the static export, CRM system show up to 100000 (0.1 million records) can be exported.

In our case, i was able to export as of now the account records where more then 20000 available for us. However in case of contact entity system struck showing below pop up for more then a hours without exporting any data.
