Can I see the individual score for a Contact related to an Account with Account Based Leads?

Our organization has implemented Account Based Leads as described in MS documentation below:

Account-based leads are associated with an account record. They are scored based on information from the account, plus information and interactions related to each contact that belongs to that account.

We are interested in seeing the individual Contact score AND the cumulative Account score so we can see exactly which Contact is interacting with us the most for a particular Account.  Finding the cumulative Account score is no problem, but finding the individual Contact score is not.

Is finding an individual Contact score possible?  I am only aware of being able to see the timeline of interactions for a particular Contact by visiting the Insights tab on the Contact Form, as shown below.

Please let me know if something is unclear.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi cjanow3,

    Thanks for sharing you requirement.

Currently we could only see cumulative score, or model-level score.

As you mentioned, checking Contact Insights data would be an option.

Or you could enable auditing for Lead Score entity(msdyncrm_leadscore_v2) to track changing history of score field.

Please suggest it to Ideas forum to make your requirement could be released in future.

    Regards,

    Clofly

    Hi again Clofy,

Do you think it would be possible to access the data behind the interactions timeline?  It appears as a table once you change this to a list view, and from here I should be able to 'recreate' the individual contact score using Power Automate.

    pastedimage1589307931025v1.png

I tried to use a custom value in Power Automate to access the entity 'interactions', but I got an error that includes this message "The dynamic operation request to API 'commondataservice' operation 'GetTable' failed with status code 'NotFound'.... Table with name 'Interactions' does not exist "

I put an on change event on the Lead Score entity like you recommended.  From that, I am getting the updated Lead Score, Lead ID, and Lead Scoring Model ID, but I'm missing the interaction that took place.

Only idea that isn't really scale-able is to create flow in a solution, allowing access to the msdyncrm_LoadInteractionsPublic unbound action.  With this I can make a call to all of the interactions my model scores on and determine which is most recent or something along those lines.... Quite messy.

    Any ideas?  Thanks.

    Hi cjanow3,

Interaction data is not directly accessible because it is not available in common data service entity lists.

As you mentioned, msdyncrm_LoadInteractionsPublic might be the only programming way to get interaction data.

Have you tried to add date parameters to filter result?

Do you mean data from response are not formatted?(Would you like to convert response data into JSON format?)

    Regards,

    Clofly
