Please let me know is there any way to change logo based on company in GP reports.

I am going to assume that you are referring to Invoices and/ or customer statements that you are asking about.
If not please advise which reports you mean.
If you are using Word templates, you can use the same invoice format for all your companies and enter a different logo for each company
Reports > Template Configuration
Click on Images and add the correct logo for each company.
If you are not using Word templates and using the standard GP forms, then you have 2 choices.
One would be to use for example in company 1 the SOP Blank Invoice Form and in company 2 use the SOP Blank invoice form with options. You can use different logos on each form.
The other option would be to create multiple reports.dic files and separate launch files so that the user would have to select a different launch file for each company and would then get the correct logo on the form.
