Ledger with offset indentations

I'm new with Dynamics 365 but I have been working a few years with Navision, so I can't understand how it is possible that a report as important as a Legger where you have your accounts movements are not well aligned in standard versión. I understand that this a crear flaw of program but our partner says that Microsoft don't want to attend this claim, I hope this was a misuderstanding, because is a thing so simple is not attended I'm not sure If we find a big fail Microsoft wi be in charge.

Do you have the same form as us? With the data moved with respect to the titles?

Thanks for you answer Kevin!

I would try with Ideas (dynamics.com), as you can see we have standard versión (Spanish lenguage), we have not configured a different indetation.

This is how we see Ledger in our standard versión, as you can see coloums are moved;

I'm sorry to bring you a bad user experience. I have not encountered too many problems in this regard, you can ensure that the format of the general ledger report is correct. This includes any settings related to indentation, alignment and spacing, you can try some adjustments. In addition, check whether there have been custom development on this area. Is your FO version the latest? Or you can go to Microsoft's idea to put forward your views: Ideas (dynamics.com). Other users will vote for you when they see it. If the number of votes is enough, Microsoft will pay attention to this issue and repair.
