Please help me to solve this issue. I created a mobile workspace from D365FO. it's working on iPhone but when type new data from phone its not Syncing with D365FO. I attached the error screenshot. please advice me . i delete app and re install but problem still same

Can you tell if this is an out of the box mobile workspace or a new configured workspace? Did you also try the mobile workspace on another device? E.g. one with and Android OS?

Please let us know which workspace have you tested ? Do you face the same issue on other workspaces ?
Mobile application is validating policies during synchronization. I give you an example from Expense module. You setup a policy that receipt has to be attached to Expense report. User creates a new expense report on mobile app, but didn't get any warning about the missing receipt. User submits expense to application and synchronization fails, because the receipt is missing.
So it really depends on module and what kind of scenario you perform. Please let us know more details so we can help.

The Leads and New leads are not standard workspaces. Can you check if the mobile workspace has the property 'In metadata' or 'In database'? If it is 'In database', then the workspace is configured in your environment.
In that case, you need to verify the configuration in your environment.

Apologies for a late reply. I'm not able to see it in my environments. Can you check if it is a customization or part of a partner or ISV solution?
Or are you using the Dynamics 365 Sales application? Is the name of the mobile app "Finance and Operations" or "Dynamics 365 for Phones"?
This is customization and using app finance & operation .
If it is a customization, I'm not able to check what might be wrong here. Do you have someone available who can check the customized details?
