we generated segments in customer insights and exported them to dynamics marketing.
However during the real-time journey creation we ran into following issue:
Any idea what causes this issue?
Newmayer2384 In addition to what TimoDutch has mentioned, please also check if you are using the integration between Customer Insights and Real-time Marketing. Exporting the CI segment to marketing is not required with the integration. Read more about it here: docs.microsoft.com/.../marketing-get-started
I can't really see there I miss some context, but my suggestion would be that you have used a segment to create the journey based on the Customer Insights Customer Profile and in your email you use dynamic content based from Dynamics 265 CE. Or the other way around... You have to use your Customer Profile in your email as well, or at least the same source as your segment in your Journey.
