Hi Jozy,
Purchase requisitions in GP are not mandatory... only a way for users with limited access to actually submit a requisition which would then go thru a workflow process and once approved, transferred into a PO in GP.
By no means do have to use it... you can key in PO's straight in GP.
But in order to enter a PO in GP, one user has to be assigned a "Full" user license.. be that thru the fat client or the web client.

When you say “PR” I assume you mean Purchase Requisition.
If this is the case, then you can do this by going into the Purchase Order Entry window (Purchasing >> Transactions >> Purchase Order Entry) and manually key the Purchase Order there.
