Customer service need copilot studio to integrate IVR capabilities, I've been able to use CS without any issue directly calling but when I try to connect the agent I've built the voice connection doesn't work. It asks me to turn on telephony and those errors pop up.
From customer servicce side it says that telephony is off, when I click on telephony it says the opposite, so I try to turn it off and on and we can see the error messages on the screenshots. Also trying to disconnect gives me the other error.
