I'm learning macros in MS Dynamics Customer Service and I don't know how to display dynamic record name in lookup field on a case that I'm creating via Open a new form to create record - my example scenario is to create a child case from original case and link them using Parent case field - my configuration in macro looks like this now - for parentcaseidname I need to use ticketnumber because when I use title where name of the case is stored system displays the link to the original case with [No Name] information; and the same is for other lookups (I want to assign newly created case to a specific team, and the same No name displays). Does anyone know how to fix this?
The same happens with other macros and lookups, like Owner.
