    Do you see the full 13,164 quantity in the Available Qty. to take field? If no, look at the other fields such as the Pick Quantity or Put-away quantity to see where your quantities are.

    BC looks at qty available to take in your situation. For example, you have 100 qty on hand, but 80 has been reserved for various reasons. So you only have 20 available to take. you could release some of the reserved qty if those have been reserved unnecessarily. Still it depending on your location setup. Here is some reference for deeper understanding on how reservation works in BC
