Hi All,
I am working on Dynamics 365 8.2 version. We are using SMTP POP3 server for Email server profile. Find below configuration done for it.
Incoming email : Microsoft Dynamics 365 for outlook
Outgoing email : Server side synchronization or email router.
When we approve and test Mailbox, it is showing below alert error for incoming and outgoing.
Alert Error :
"Your mailbox can't sync incoming emails because the email connection channel is set to sync using an Email Router. Contact your administrator to change the default connection channel to server side synchronization"
Kindly suggest anything missing. Whether EMail Router will not be supported for Dynamics 365 8.2 Onpremise?
