I have customization that creates work order service lines when time entry is created. When I mark booking to complete, time entry gets created which then creates the work order service lines. I notice line order having duplicate number associated with it. Is there a way to force line order having unique values? I tried to update line order number through plugin code and/or power automate flow but that didnt help.
Please let me know if anyone faced this issue and the resolution.

You can handle the situation by creating keys in the Work Order Service table.

Thank you Abdul Wahab for your response. I do not want to create an alternate key as the current integration from CE to FSC through logic apps uses line order from Work Order Service and it fails integrating data as there are duplicate line order numbers. We are in a situation where we do not want to change the integration code but prevent line order number getting duplicate number assigned.
