Hi All,
We are trying to search the transaction details in the retail POS by doing following operation.
Home -> Transaction -> show Journal -> search and we are searching the transaction with different parameter as start date, end date, store, operator ID etc. System throws "Error Number 3213: There was an error in the transaction service" error when we perform search operation.
We have checked event logs on POS machine and we can find below two event logs that logged on machine each time we perform the search operation.
