Hello Friends

For Payroll I searched lots of on internet but I do not get any helpful thing. So I want to know that how can I install Payroll module and from where I can download it.

Thanks

Hi Gautam, Payroll usually is part of localisation, cos it has many local requirements and rules. For example in Russia localisation we have Payroll module. But in practice it is very difficult

    - to setup it

    - to keep it up to date.

So usually company has separate payroll software (local, with local support), for example we have 1C. And we just make connection between local payroll software and NAV.

I suggest you to go with this logic.

Gautam, you can refer to the discussion here:

Generally, setting up payroll module in NAV is usually challenging as payroll legislation usually is one of the most complex and rapidly changing part of legislation, specific for each end every country. Thus, in multi-national implementations, there are more frequent configurations, where the payroll is carried out in some local dedicated software, and the results of calculation are uploaded to NAV.

    Gautam Solanki ,

unfortunately NAV HR module is not very popular and they are not giving good priority for HR module even in 2017

if you willing to make run payroll on nav means there are may huge customization , NAV HR module are cover only very little details like only employee records

if you willing to plan apply full payroll on NAV means you have to pay much, its sad to say its better to maintain other third party application for HR function than using NAV ,

what i can only suggest is maintain separate HR system for your requirement is better than implementing payroll in NAV
