Merge permissions on security roles - where did that go in the new UCI admin?

In the classic interface, there used to be the ability to turn off Merge capability (record merge, specifically) (not Word merge) in the Business Processes section of security role management. I don't see this in the new interface. Where did it go?

    Hello User,
     
    Please go to the Classic UI. Then open default solution. And then open a role in which you want to have any update. 
     
    TIP: If you will open it from security and then roles, from classic UI then it will redirect you to new UI.
