Defaulting a Business Process Flow

I'm currently using CRM online 2013. I wanted to know how I can make existing opportunities default to a specific business process flow. For example if I want every opportunity that belongs to <owner> then I want it to default to a specific business process flow view. I'm assuming you would make a workflow for it but I can't figure it out.

Business Processflow is controlled by security role so you can create multiple Business Process flow in the system and assign Security role .

That helps out a lot but I have a system administrator who needs access to multiple Business Process flows and I just want to change which one is his default view. Is there a way to change that?

You are looking to set the business process flow based on criteria. Setting the business process flow using a workflow is a good way to do this, however Dynamics CRM does not natively support this functionality. You need to create a plugin using the Dynamics CRM SDK to enhance the actions available in workflow.
