How to add user in VM for Dynamics 365 for Operation

Note : This is Virtual machine. I want to give 2 users to access VM for Dynamics 365 for Operation.

I am creating my O365 account. Then i ran "Admin user provisioning" and provide my O365 account. It's gave admin access in O365 account and able to login in to VM in Dynamics 365 for Operation successfully as mention below  :

Now i wants to add 2 users in Dynamics 365 for Opeartion.

My question is we need to create O365 account for those 2 users also?

Please let me know what i need to put in EMail = ?

Please give me more shed on this.

    AX authenticate users via Azure Active Directory, so the users must be created in some AAD. You don't necessary have to use Office 365.

    Hi Arpan,

    That is right. First create the users in AAD then in Dynamics 365.

    I noticed you also asked the same question on an older post from you. In this post you were talking about a local downloaded VM. Also the screenshot above seems to be taken from the local machine. Note that the users needs to login the VM first and then use IE within this VM to start Dynamics 365. If you want to make it accessible from the local network, you can try the steps provided in the next blog: hellodax.com/.../how-to-acess-ax-7-from-other-machine-preview-vm-version-ax7-update-1

    Yes, what i did

    1. Login in to VM first.

    2. Then create O365 account for me.

    3. Then i ran "Admin user provisioning"  and provide O365 account and submit. Once done

    4. Then browse Dynamics 365 for Operation through IIS

    5. Then i saw my id is having Admin previlage.

    Is't correct way?

    Please give me more shed on this.

    Hi Arpan,

    Your question was about additional users to be added on this VM as the provisioning tool was already successful. Why are you asking if the procedure was correct if you have access? Then it was the correct way. Eventually step 1 and 2 can be switched.

    New users can be setup using the Users form in AX7. The email address field you were questioning about is the login ID of the AAD user.

    O365 account is mandatory to get Admin previlage in to Dynamics 365 for Opeartion?

    OR

    We can do with any other way?
