Can any one recommend me to supported devices( mobile or tablet) for dynamics CRM field service app. We are planning to give these devices to our technicians to use field service application.
I do like the surface devices, but be aware the Windows version of the D365 FS app hasn't had location tracking for technicians, why MS???. Tracking works on Android, Apple version of the app.

Intune will help manage the devices.

You can check with the technicians to choose between a mobile or tablet. Tabke will be larger, and the tech can see more info on the screen, but carrying it with them on the field might not be practical.
